This is a personal issue, not work related, but I'm at my wit's end with this and I need help. I've got an Aspire One D255E, Intel Atom N550, 1GB DDR3 1333MHz that I'm trying to upgrade to 2GB. If you need to update the BIOS of your Aspire One A110 or A150, an USB key is required. In case the Aspire One does not start up properly, it will be necessary to use a second system to copy the BIOS update into the USB key. I've got the same clock speed on the RAM. It's Patriot and not purchased officially - I picked it up at Fry's for $14 when I bought my SSD last week. Installed the RAM, but I get nothing but a blue light when I power it on. Fearing the worst, I check the old RAM, but everything goes as normal. Solarwinds engineer toolset free download. I did some googling, and it looked like a BIOS flash may help. Cast of black widow movie. I'm at v3.10 and v3.15 is recommended. The problem is, I toook Win7 Starter off a ways back and replaced it with Ubuntu, then later win8, so I can't flash within the OS. However, when I try to flash using the fn-esc combo, I can't get anything to load, either. Can anyone help? I'd really like to get this upgraded and get on with my life.
